Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and undamaged.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@i7pure.com. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the buyer will pay return shipping fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@i7pure.com.
Shipping Policy
Must be 21 years or older to purchase Kratom. Must have a valid EIN and/or Resellers permit to purchase wholesale.
We do not ship to the following states, cities, and/or municipalities: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, Sarasota County (FL), San Diego (CA), Oceanside (CA), Alton (IL), Jerseyville (IL), Edwardsville County (IL), Columbus (MS), Union County (MS), Ascension (LA), Franklin (LA), Rapides (LA)
Shipment processing time
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days unless the item(s) ordered is in “PRE-ORDER” status. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a higher volume of orders than normal, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

All shipping and handling costs for your order will be calculated at checkout. Please make sure all shipping information provided is correct and accurate.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is processed for shipping, you will be receiving a confirmation email with your tracking information. Must provide a valid/correct email address to receive our confirmation emails.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs, duties, fees or taxes that may be assessed on the items shipped.
Damages
All items are well inspected before shipping. Must report any shipping damages within 48 hours of receiving the item(s)
